Included and separate costs
Ask whether transport, accommodation, equipment, sound, staffing and taxes are included or separate. Confirm actual payment and cancellation terms in the quote and contract.
Rights affect the scope
Stage appearances, recordings, livestreams, public uploads and advertising are separate requests. Specify the audience, platform and intended duration of use.
